Registration Transfers & Deposit Policy

All rally registrations are transferable through March 20, 2027, which is the final date for participant swag and event materials to be ordered. After the final date, transfers will be decided on a case by case basis.

In response to participant requests, we now offer a $250 non-refundable deposit option to reserve a spot in the rally. Submission of a deposit secures your registration and vehicle number; however, rally materials and participant items—including event swag, vehicle liveries, radios, T-shirts, and other included merchandise—will not be issued until the registration balance has been paid in full.

The remaining balance must be received no later than January 1, 2027.

If the balance is not paid by January 1, 2027, the registration will be released, the assigned vehicle number will be forfeited, and the participant will be moved to the waiting list if the rally has reached capacity. This policy allows other interested drivers the opportunity to participate and helps ensure accurate event planning and logistics.  If the final balance is paid after 20MAR2027, there will not be any swag/livery/radios for the participant. 

The initial $250 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
