Registration Transfers, Deposits & Refund Policy

We want to make joining the Long Haul Rally as easy as possible while still allowing us to properly plan, order participant materials, and secure the services needed for the event.

$250 Deposit Option

Participants may reserve their spot in the rally with a $250 non-refundable deposit.

The deposit:

  • Secures your spot in the rally
  • Secures your assigned vehicle number
  • Is applied toward the total $1,250 registration fee
  • Is non-refundable under all circumstances

The remaining $1,000 balance must be paid in full no later than January 1, 2027.

If the remaining balance is not received by January 1, 2027, the registration will be considered cancelled, the assigned vehicle number will be forfeited, and the $250 deposit will not be refunded. The spot may then be offered to another participant or someone on the waiting list.

Full Payment Option

Participants may also pay the entire $1,250 registration fee at the time of registration.

For registrations paid in full, 20% of the total registration fee is non-refundable to cover administrative, processing, planning, and event preparation costs.

Any eligible refund issued before January 1, 2027 will therefore be refunded less the 15% administrative fee.

January 1, 2027 — Registration Lock-In Date

All registrations must be paid in full by January 1, 2027.

Beginning January 1, 2027, all payments are final and no refunds will be issued.

This deadline allows us to finalize hotels, vendors, vehicle materials, radios, participant merchandise, event logistics, and other expenses associated with operating the rally.

Registration Transfers

Paid registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant through March 20, 2027.

March 20 is the final date for participant information to be submitted for personalized rally materials, including:

  • Event swag
  • Vehicle liveries and graphics
  • Radios
  • T-shirts
  • Participant credentials
  • Other rally-specific materials

Transfers requested after March 20, 2027 will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee that personalized swag, shirts, vehicle graphics, radios, or other participant-specific materials can be changed or reproduced after this date.

Transferred registrations remain subject to all Long Haul Rally participant requirements, waivers, rules, and eligibility requirements.

OK. Enough of that... LET'S GO!
